Dry Van Teams
Compensation
- Minimum pay per team: $3,000 per week
- Base $0.70 CPM per team with an average of 5,500 – 7,000 per team
- All miles paid
- Clean inspection bonuses $200
- Yearly anniversary bonus $1,500
- Unlimited referral bonuses $500 per team
- Paid via direct deposit every Friday
- 1099 or W2 options

- Flexible home time – prefer 4 weeks out, one week at home

- Level of Touch: No Touch Freight, live load and unload
- Haul: Expedite, Autoparts, FedEx, UPS, USPS
Equipment
- 2018 or newer automatic Freightliner, Kenworth, or Volvo trucks with sleepers
- Microwave and refrigerator included
- Dry van only
Team Owner Operators
Compensation
- Average weekly gross pay: $12,000 – 15,000 per team
- 88% paid of each load
- Clean inspection bonuses $200
- Yearly anniversary bonus $1,500
- Unlimited referral bonuses $500 per team
- Paid via direct deposit every Friday

- Need to pass DOT inspection
Qualifications for Teams and Owner Operator Teams
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 25 years of age
- 2 + years of OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR in the past 3 years
- No prior drug or alcohol related traffic convictions
- No prior suspensions or revocations
