Super T Transport is hiring a CDL A OTR and Regional Refrigerated Drivers in various locations. The driver will haul refrigerated goods in the United States. Super T Transport is currently seeking CDL A Regional and OTR Refrigerated Drivers in various locations.

Compensation

• Base pay is based off prior experience and a safe driving record
  • 6 months: $.38 – $.40 CPM
  • 1 – 4 years: $.40 – $.43 CPM
  • 5+ years: $.44 – $.46 CPM
  • 10+ years: $.47 – $50 CPM
  • Regional: Average of 2,500 miles weekly
  • OTR: Average of 3,000 miles weekly
  • $.10 of the CPM is paid as per diem (ex .44= .34 taxed + .10 per diem)
• Additional Pay:
  • Stop Pay: $20
  • Layover: $100 per 24 hours
  • Detention: $15/hour after 3 hours
  • Weather/road closure pay: Starts paying at 6 hours.  $25 for every 6 hours that you’re shut down
• Paid practical miles, loaded and unloaded
• Bonuses can amount to $600 – $800 per quarter:
  • Referral, longevity ($.01 CPM and increases to $.02 CPM after 1 year anniversary), safety ($.0125 CPM)
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Regional Home Time: Home every 5-8 days with flexible 1.5-3 days at home
• Regional Route: Throughout the Western Region of the United States.  Must be willing to go to AZ, CA, WA, OR, MT, UT
• OTR Home Time: Home every 7-14 days with flexible 1.5-3 days at home
• OTR Route: Throughout the Lower 48 of the United States
• Level of touch:  99% No touch freight (some drop & hook)

Equipment

• Freightliner Cascadias: 2019 and newer
• Governed at 67 on the cruise and 65 on the pedal
• 13-speed manual transmission or automatic with amenities including:
  • Refrigerator
  • 2,000 Watt inverter
  • Bunk heater
  • Optimized Idle
  • XM Radio
  • Double bunks
  • Spare Tire
  • Rack for load locks
  • Dash mounted Qualcomm

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL
• Training offered for less than 1 year of experience
• 6 months reefer experience preferred
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs
• Drivers must be able to stoop or squat to a height of 48”
• Must have no at fault accidents in the last 3 years
• Must have no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
• Drivers must have no disqualifying violations such as Reckless/Careless/Inattentive, Excessive Speed (15+) in the last 3 years
• Must have no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
